We currently use Royal Mail for shipping where the service is suitable for the parcel size and weight.
Where We Deliver
We deliver within the United Kingdom. If you need delivery outside the UK or have a special delivery request, please contact us before ordering.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually processed after payment is confirmed. Once your order is dispatched, you may receive a dispatch update and tracking details where available.
Please note: order processing times can vary during busy periods, promotions, or due to stock checks on large/bulk orders.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes depend on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout and your location. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to peak seasons, weather, or Royal Mail operational issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, parcel size, and delivery option. Bulk and heavy orders may have higher shipping charges due to courier pricing rules.
Bulk / Heavy Orders (Important)
Many wholesale items (cases, multipacks, bulk cartons) can be heavy. Some orders may:
require multiple parcels, or
be unsuitable for standard Royal Mail services due to size/weight limits.
If your order is too large/heavy for the selected service, we may contact you to arrange an alternative shipping option or confirm revised delivery charges before dispatch.
Tracking
Tracking is available on selected Royal Mail services. If tracking is included, we will share the tracking reference once your order is dispatched.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional charges to resend the order.
Missed Deliveries
If Royal Mail attempts delivery and no one is available, they may leave a calling card, deliver to a safe place (if available), or take the parcel to a local depot/post office according to their process. Re-delivery or collection will depend on Royal Mail rules.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly with:
your order number, and
clear photos (for damaged items/packaging).
We will investigate and provide a fair solution (replacement, refund, or credit where appropriate).
Delivery Delays Outside Our Control
While we do our best to dispatch promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside our control. We will still support you in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
